Alexy Bosetti retires with playful video teasing rivals’ fans | OneFootball

Alexy Bosetti, 33, has announced his retirement from football. The player said in a post on Friday evening, sharing a video that playfully teased supporters of Nice's rival clubs.

A lifelong Nice supporter who came through Cavigal, he spent 2009 to 2017 with OGC Nice. He signed his first professional contract in 2012 following a Gambardella Cup win.

For Nice, he scored 15 goals in 89 senior appearances. He became a rare player-supporter figure.

He also had spells with Tours and Laval, plus stints in Norway and the United States. Later came Le Puy, Annecy, Imperia, Grasse and most recently Milazzo in Italy's Serie D.

His farewell arrived via a light-hearted clip that also charted his journey.
