América v Chivas – when and where to watch live? | OneFootball

Club América’s next match will be against Chivas in a friendly to be played in the United States.

Las Águilas come into this match after drawing 0-0 with Cruz Azul, in what was also a friendly; but beyond the result, the match left us with many interesting things, such as the debuts of Santiago Mingo and Santiago Bueno, Franco Rossano’s start, and the return of Luis Ángel Malagón.

It is clear that the defense with Santiago Bueno and Santiago Mingo will be the team’s starting pairing in the upcoming matches; although they looked a little out of rhythm, it is clear that both have everything needed to become a great duo.

Franco Rossano finally got some minutes, and honestly, it is hard to understand why he had not played before; Almada often preferred to use Kevin Álvarez and Dagoberto Espinoza on the left instead of giving Rossano a chance, and he showed a good level in this friendly match.

And another piece of good news was the return of Luis Ángel Malagón to the starting lineup. He played again after seven months out and did quite well, making several very important saves to keep a clean sheet.

Now against Chivas, Almada may decide to make a few changes, but the intention of these matches is for the new signings to keep building rhythm and be able to show their best level in the final stretch of the Apertura 2026.

When and where to watch live?

The match will be played this Sunday, October 4, at Alameda County Coliseum at 7:00 PM (Central Mexico time) and will be broadcast on TUDN and ViX Premium.
