Ancelotti calls up three Flamengo players for Brazil’s next matches | OneFootball

Ancelotti named his latest Brazil squad on Monday 16, selecting three Flamengo players, Alex Sandro, Danilo and Léo Pereira, for the next two fixtures.

According to Coluna Do Fla, Brazil face France on 26 March, then play Croatia on 31 March, with both games scheduled as World Cup warm-up friendlies.

There is a possibility the trio could miss Flamengo’s meeting with Bragantino, which has been pencilled in for 1 April. With Brazil’s second match set for 31 March, the players might not have time to be available to Leonardo Jardim.

The CBF has not yet finalised whether Flamengo versus Bragantino will take place on 1 April. The expectation is that the date will be confirmed before the FIFA window begins.

Flamengo’s next outing is against Remo on Thursday 19 at the Maracanã, in round seven of the Campeonato Brasileiro. Kick-off is at 20:00 Brasília time, with live coverage on Premiere via pay-per-view.
