Angers 0-0 Lyon ratings: Endrick and Sulc epitomise blunt OL attack | OneFootball

Angers held Lyon to 0-0, with Endrick and Pavel Sulc rarely threatening as OL's front line ran dry. Endrick managed only 26 touches, just one in the area, while Sulc had 16 before being withdrawn.

L'Équipe notes that the Brazilian and the Czech reflected Lyon's lack of invention, each marked three, while the hosts' discipline kept chances scarce. By contrast Moussa Niakhaté and Clinton Mata were both given seven for authoritative defensive work.

On 50 minutes Endrick crossed for Sulc, who could not steer on target, five minutes later Sulc was replaced by Iaremtchuk with a left knee issue, and on 56 Louër checked Endrick on a counter. Lanroy Machine went off for Peter on 68, Moreira blazed over after beating Louër on 72, Endrick was replaced by Karabec on 73, then Moreira shot over from 25 metres on 80. On 86 Raolisoa went off for Hanin and Mata's recovery denied Amine Sbai after a Ghezzal turnover.

Marius Louër, 19 and starting only his second Ligue 1 match for SCO, was rated seven and led Angers with eight recoveries. Niakhaté made 10 recoveries, won eight of 11 duels and four of five in the air.

Lilian Raolisoa, rated six, grafted, winning seven of 13 duels, all three aerial, plus seven recoveries, though he lost 17 balls. Lanroy Machine struggled, with no shots or crosses despite three aerial wins, and was rated three. Afonso Moreira, graded four, was lively but erratic, especially from corners.
