ASSE women sign 23-year-old Jana Žufánková as final summer addition | OneFootball

ASSE have strengthened their attack by signing Czech international Jana Žufánková, 23, as their final addition of the summer. According to Le Progres, she will make her first move abroad to play in the Seconde Ligue.

A product of FC Slovácko, the forward joined Slavia Prague in 2024, then spent the run-in of the 2025-2026 season on loan at FC Prague.

Beyond the Czech league, she has featured in around 10 European matches. She has also represented her country from youth level through to the senior team.

Žufánková said her first aim with ASSE is to help the club return to the Arkema Première Ligue. As an attacker, she added that she will do everything to produce numbers.

Head coach Yannick Chandioux said she can operate across the front three and thrives in space, a profile the squad had lacked, completing their forward unit.
