Following the announcement made a few hours ago by Atalanta's president, Ademola Lookman has returned to training.

Just hours after suffering a heavy defeat to PSG in the Champions League, Atalanta is bouncing back. With the transfer window closed in every major league, Ademola Lookman will have to stay with the Italian club at least until the winter. Unsurprisingly, the reigning African Ballon d'Or winner made his much-anticipated return to full team training this Thursday. This came after a discussion with Ivan Juric and the club's management. The Nigerian has made himself available for the squad ahead of Sunday's away clash against Torino.

As a reminder, Lookman was the subject of strong interest from Inter Milan this summer, a move he was keen on making. Under contract until 2027, the 27-year-old forward reportedly received an offer in the region of €45 million.
