Auxerre target Chelsea forward Datro Fofana | OneFootball

Auxerre are stepping up their search for attacking reinforcements and have set their sights on Chelsea’s Datro Fofana.

According to L'Équipe, the Ligue 1 side, 17th with 12 points, view the 23-year-old as one of their options ahead of Monday’s winter window deadline.

Fofana spent the first half of the season on loan at Karagümrük in Türkiye, where he scored six goals in 13 league matches.

The Ivorian can operate across the front three and remains under contract with the London club until 2029.

Several Qatari clubs are also monitoring the forward.
