Bryan Okoh struck twice as Auxerre, down to ten after a sixth-minute red card for Léon, claimed their first home win of 2026. Brest offered little and were undermined by Kenny Lala.
L'Équipe rated Okoh eight out of 10, with team-mates Danny Namaso and Romain Faivre on seven, while Lala received two.
Okoh opened the scoring on 24 minutes, heading in from Faivre’s corner. Junior Diaz then rose highest but hit Théo De Percin’s post on 40 minutes, before being booked for fouling Sinayoko on 42 minutes.
Faivre’s left foot delivered again as Okoh nodded a second on 58 minutes, moments after Eric Junior Dina Ebimbe conceded the free-kick and was cautioned on 57 minutes. Lala lost his runner on the second goal.
Namaso made it three on 70 minutes, starting and finishing a flowing move, his third in Ligue 1 this season. Lala was again off the pace in the build-up.
In midfield, Kévin Danois covered ground and used the ball tidily alongside captain Elisha Owusu. For Brest, Lucas Tousart replaced Kamory Doumbia after a warm-up injury, struggled, and was withdrawn at half-time for Mboup, who failed to influence.
