Bayern ‘offer’ to extend Arijon Ibrahimovic’s contract | OneFootball

Bayern Munich have made an initial offer to extend Arijon Ibrahimovic’s contract after his return from a year-long loan at Heidenheim, Sky Germany reports.

The 20-year-old’s current deal runs to 2027, and no further loan is planned.

Vincent Kompany is believed to rate the young attacker highly, and he could fill the void left by the likes of Raphaël Guerreiro.

Ibrahimovic recorded two goals and five assists last season, and has drawn enquiries from the Bundesliga, Premier League and Eredivisie.

The decision now rests with the Nürnberg-born winger, who has taken the next step in his development, and must choose to extend and stay as a squad option or pursue a move elsewhere.
