Bayern Munich have held talks with Dušan Vlahović’s father "in the past few days," according to Corriere dello Sport.

However, the report doesn't reveal what the outcome of the meeting was.

It was recently reported in Italian media that Vlahović’s negotiations with Juventus FC over a contract extension beyond the summer have stalled, with the forward waiting for interest from Bayern and FC Barcelona, who are both in the market for a striker.

Juventus are said to have set a deadline for Vlahović’s situation to be clarified before the end of May.

With Nicolas Jackson set to leave Bayern and return to Chelsea once his loan spell ends, the Bavarians are likely to make at least one attacking signing this summer.

Newcastle United winger Anthony Gordon has been the main name linked with Bayern so far ahead of the transfer window.
