Borussia Dortmund ‘have reached’ contract agreement with Nico Schlotterbeck's advisers | OneFootball

Sky Germany reports that Borussia Dortmund have reportedly reached an agreement with Nico Schlotterbeck's management team on a new contract.

The deal is believed to run until 2031, with an annual salary of €14million and a €60million release clause that would take effect in 2027.

The basic terms are said to be settled, with only Schlotterbeck's final commitment and signature still outstanding.

The report also says Liverpool and Real Madrid are no longer in the running for the defender.

Dortmund's new sporting director, Ole Book, said on Wednesday: "Of course I'm aware of the situation. I've already written to Nico, and we'll be speaking soon."

"However, I don't want to comment on it in any more detail right now," he added.
