Bournemouth set to sign Juanlu | OneFootball

Bournemouth are set to reinforce their defence with the signing of full-back Juanlu Sánchez.

The Spanish youth international has come through the academy at Sevilla and is expected to join the Cherries in an £11.1 million move according to journalist Nizaar Kinsella of BBC Sport. Of that transfer fee, £9.4 million will be paid up front with the rest in future add-ons.

Should the deal go through as expected, Sánchez would become Marco Rose's third new recruit this summer following the arrivals of Álvaro Rodríguez and Antonio Silva, with the latter confirming his move to the south coast yesterday.

Last season, Juanlu played 35 times for Sevilla in all competitions, making three assists.
