Brasileirão leaders Flamengo have Samuel Lino among most valuable | OneFootball

Flamengo, top of the Brasileirão, feature in the CIES Football Observatory’s 2026 valuations, with Samuel Lino priced at 31.3 million euros, about R$ 185 million.

Flaco López of Palmeiras leads the list at 53.9 million euros, or R$ 318.5 million, a gap of 22.6 million euros to Lino.

Despite López topping the valuations, Palmeiras do not lead the table. Flamengo have 60 points, three clear of Palmeiras, with the season at round 28.

Flamengo paid 22 million euros to sign Lino from Atlético de Madrid in 2025, a club-record deal at the time. His current valuation is 9.3 million euros higher, roughly a 42 per cent rise.

In 2025, Filipe Luís said he believed Lino was worth double or even triple the fee and called him a fantastic player. He highlighted the premium for decisive wide men, noted Lino had started in some games at a world tournament and described it as a privilege that he chose Flamengo from Atlético.

With Lino available, Flamengo visit Santos on 8 October in round 29. Kick-off is 19:30, Brasília time, at Vila Belmiro.
