There is nothing like a loyal club servent in the realm of football fandom, and for Leicester, the buck stops at Nigeria international Wilfried Ndidi.

On this day eight years ago, a 20-year-old Ndidi arrived at the King Power Stadium after his highly-touted stint with Belgian production masters KRC Genk.

Fast-forward to the present and the Lagos-born midfielder is on the cusp of reaching 300 combined appearances for the Foxes while having helped the club to FA Cup honours in 2020-21 as well as follow-up success in the Community Shield to raise the curtain in 2021-22.

And when the club was relegated to the Championship, a faithful Ndidi remained to help the push back to the Premier League during the 2023-24 campaign.

He's Leicester through and through.
