Chelsea are back to winning ways on the pitch, but in this international break there are always going to be another few issues that crop up.
Matt Law of the Daily Telegraph dealt with one on the London is Blue podcast today – the controversial issue of ticket touts and reselling.

Chelsea co-controlling owner Todd Boehly also owns a stake in Vivid Seats, a ticket reselling app which does exactly what a ticket tout does, just with a bit more legitimacy.
The Blues claim they’re trying to clamp down on touts buying tickets and reselling them for more money, while one of their multimillionaire owners does just that.
“You can’t have Chelsea supposedly clamping down on tickets touts or accusing people of being ticket touts. Chelsea can’t deal with it with a straight face until Todd Boehly ends his association with Vivid Seats,” Law said.
“This is a problem at Chelsea and at other clubs with memberships, where people are paying membership fees and aren’t getting the experience in terms of the access to tickets that they feel they’ve been promised. And they feel like they’ve wasted their money on membership.
“That is a massive issue and that needs to be sorted out. People feel like they’re having money taken out of their pocket for absolutely no reason.

It’s a very simple decision to make – Boehly just needs to sell off his share of Vivid Seats and move on. We really don’t know why he hasn’t – he has so many other money making ventures, surely the optics and PR of this matter more than a good investment?
The longer this goes on, the worse it will get. The fact that access to tickets through the virtual waiting room at the moment is so bad only inflames the situation.
