This summer, Nicolas Jackson left Chelsea in a whirlwind move. During his Friday press conference, Blues boss Enzo Maresca explained the reasons behind his decision to let Nicolas Jackson join Bayern Munich.

"Nico is pretty straightforward. Right now, he's a Bayern player, I sent him a message and wished him good luck. He was very good and worked hard. I wish him all the best. The club decided to go in a different direction because the club always has the power to do so," he explained, as quoted by Sky Sports.
