Christian Pulisic keen on Milan departure but exit task may not be easy | OneFootball

Serie A side Milan are set to lose Rafael Leao but there is a chance even Christian Pulisic could part ways with them this summer.

Daniele Longo has reported that uncertainty about the American’s future at the Rossoneri is growing. New York City have previously expressed interest in signing him and the player has never seen signs to Milan about staying or signing a new deal.

He is, in fact, very interested in sealing an exit and he is considering a new adventure. The dismal second half of last season has convinced him of that, but Gerry Cardinale isn’t interested in his sale.

The club owner wants to make Pulisic the symbol of the club’s new era under Ruben Amorim. The player is currently enjoying his break but once he returns, there will be a meeting regarding his future and renewal. Milan have been in constant touch with his entourage and remain calm but the player could have other ideas.

Player’s time could be up

It feels like Pulisic has nothing much left to prove at Milan and has done all he can at the club. Times haven’t been great and he needs a change and only a transfer can hand him that opportunity.
