Club América arrive in Spain for second-stage pre-season | OneFootball

According to Americayya.net, Club América have arrived in Spain to begin the second phase of pre-season for Apertura 2026 and the Leagues Cup.

The squad, joined by several academy players, are based in the Marbella area. This mini-camp runs until 22 June.

Plans include beach sessions and a behind closed doors friendly against River Plate of Argentina to start on-pitch work.

There have been no squad moves so far beyond departures at contract end, notably Néstor Araujo and Ralph Orquín. Loan returnees Franco Rossano, Esteban Lozano, Miguel Ramírez and Emilio Lara are back. The notable absence is 'Chicote' Calderón, who was due to return from loan but has not reported, with no clarification on whether this is a technical decision or an injury.

The rest of the group remains unchanged. With the transfer window running long, movement might not occur until next month, closer to the start of the tournament, or even after it begins.
