Corinthians launch ThIAna virtual assistant for Fiel Torcedor support | OneFootball

Corinthians have launched ThIAna, a virtual assistant for the Fiel Torcedor membership programme, designed to make support quicker and more practical. According to Meu Timao, the tool was unveiled on Friday.

Available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, ThIAna becomes the first contact channel between fans and the service centre. It answers queries, guides members and interested supporters, and handles straightforward requests swiftly.

More specific cases are routed to the human team to ensure complete support. Access is via WhatsApp on (11) 3152-4000.

The assistant reflects the identity of the Corinthians fanbase. Its creation involved direct supporter input through polls and votes on Universo SCCP, the club’s official app.

Fiel Torcedor’s customer service has drawn frequent criticism in recent years. In-person assistance is offered only at Parque São Jorge, at the entrance to the club headquarters.
