Corinthians learn format and opponents for 2026 Supercopa Gramado de Futsal

Throughout the afternoon of this Wednesday (11), Corinthians learned about the format, details, and opponents of the Gramado Futsal Super Cup. The tournament is responsible for inaugurating the year's game calendar for the sport. Last season, the Alvinegro was the runner-up of the tournament after being defeated by Atlântico Erechim, with a score of 2 x 1, in the final.

The competition will take place in Rio Grande do Sul from March 5 to 13. As the top seed of Group A, the Corinthians team will face Carlos Barbosa on March 5 (Thursday), at the Perinão Gymnasium, at 4 PM (Brasília time). The following day, at the same venue, at 9 PM, the Alvinegro will take on Praia Clube. Meanwhile, Group B consists of: Atlântico Erechim, Cascavel Futsal, and Minas Tênis Clube.

Finally, Group C includes the following teams: Campo Mourão, Vasco da Gama, and Magnus Futsal. The top seven teams in the overall standings of the competition will qualify for the knockout stage. The eighth and ninth, in turn, will compete in a playoff to try to secure a spot in the tournament's quarter-finals. The match between the two lowest-ranked teams is scheduled for March 8.

The semifinals are scheduled for March 11. The final, on the other hand, is set for March 13, at 8 PM (Brasília time). Besides the Gramado Super Cup, Corinthians will also compete in the National League, LNF Cup, and the Paulista Championship in the 2026 season. Days before the mentioned tournament, the Alvinegro will play a commemorative friendly against Clube Atlético Guarany.
