Sheffield MP Clive Betts, a Sheffield Wednesday fan, has weighed in on the redevelopment that must happen at Hillsborough Stadium.
The Owls were bought by David Storch's Arise Capital Partners consortium at the start of the month, ending their painful time in administration.
Wednesday were plunged into administration by former owner Dejphon Chansiri, who neglected the South Yorkshire outfit's key assets, such as Hillsborough Stadium and the Middlewood Road training ground.
The Thai businessman, who was disqualified from his Owls role by the EFL, also failed to pay player and staff wages before being ousted.
Those actions witnessed the departures of several key figures last summer, such as former boss Danny Rohl, while ex-star players like Josh Windass also left S6.
Chansiri's reckless actions also handed Wednesday an 18-point deduction this term, which fast-tracked their relegation to League One, which was officially confirmed in February, via a narrow defeat against Steel City Rivals Sheffield United.

Storch and Co have plenty of work to do in the summer transfer market to ensure that Wednesday have a squad that can compete at the right end of the League One table next term.
The Owls lost club legend Barry Bannan to Millwall in the winter transfer window, following their aforementioned summer departures.
Meanwhile, the EFL opted against handing Wednesday a 15-point deduction even though Storch's bid fell below the amount required to pay creditors 25p in the pound.
The main creditor was Chansiri, and the Championship, League One, and League Two's governing body recognised that the former Owls owner wasn't willing to engage with Storch over an alternative monetary agreement.
Furthermore, the South Yorkshire club won't see their weekly wages capped at £7,000 per player, which had initially been feared when they exited administration.
Consequently, the Owls can plan for a potential promotion bid next term, even though they will still be under some EFL budget restrictions.
Meanwhile, Storch has plenty of off-field matters to address following his takeover, courtesy of Chansiri's aforementioned negligence.
As reported by the Sheffield Star, discussing Hillsborough Stadium, Sheffield MP and Wednesday fan Betts told the supporters' trust AGM on Tuesday: "Do we actually try and redo Hillsborough, renovate it, make it fit for purpose, or do we move now?
"I think that's a question the fans have got to be involved in, absolutely. But we know if we are going to move forward in the future, we are going to need a ground that seats at least 40,000 to a modern, high-quality standard.
"Hillsborough doesn't do that at present, both in capacity and in quality. So those are sorts of decisions that I'm sure David Storch will be addressing in due course.
"Immediately, we've got to make sure it's safe. It would be nice to have some hot water, wouldn't it? And the toilets and things like that. It's a disgrace what's happened to this club and this ground.
"I know David Storch is already thinking about what needs to be done next, and beyond that, he's thinking for the future, he's thinking for the Premier League in the long term."

Storch has already established a togetherness among the Wednesday fanbase, which was seldom there during Chansiri's reign, an era which supporters would rather forget.
The newfound optimism among Owls fans was epitomised by the party atmosphere that accompanied the South Yorkshire club's Championship final day victory over West Bromwich Albion.
Building a squad that can fire the S6 club back to the second tier will further enthuse supporters, who have seen very little success this term.
