Rudy Matondo opened the scoring in the 13th minute with a close-range finish from a corner, as Paris FC beat Brest 4-0.
He reacted first to a second ball from another corner, sweeping in from the centre of the box to set the tone. His movement around the six-yard area repeatedly unsettled the visitors' marking.
After the restart he struck again from close range (67.), arriving on the spot to guide a low finish into the bottom right. The winger's instincts around dead balls proved the difference.
Matondo finished with four attempts and three on target, plus five recoveries and two tackles won, underlining his threat and work rate as Paris FC controlled key moments.
Both goals coming from corners highlighted how his aggressive starting positions and sharp reactions punished Brest's set piece defence, keeping them pinned in their own area.
