Post– Match Data
The United States once again showcased its dominance in the Final Round of the Concacaf Women’s U-17 Qualifiers with a commanding 4-0 victory over Puerto Rico, a result that capped a flawless campaign and extended a historic winning streak that continues to set the benchmark in the competition.
The win marked the 29th consecutive victory for the U.S. in tournament history, the longest winning streak recorded by any women’s national team across Concacaf World Cup qualifying competitions. This remarkable run surpasses the best streaks achieved by the U-20 national team (18 wins) and the senior national team (16 wins), underscoring the strength and continuity of the United States’ women’s youth development program.
It was also the third victory in as many matches against Puerto Rico in tournament history, following previous wins of 13-0 on April 25, 2022, and 3-1 on February 4, 2024, before the latest 4-0 result on March 22, 2026, maintaining a perfect record in the head-to-head series.
The United States concluded group play as undisputed group leader, posting a perfect record of GP-3 W-3 D-0 L-0, GF-32 GA-0, 9 points, highlighted by its attacking firepower and defensive solidity. Deus Stanislaus, with six goals, led the team in scoring, while Maddie Dimaria, with five assists, emerged as the squad’s top playmaker.
On the individual front, several players continued to add milestones to their tournament resumes. Maddie Dimaria scored her third career goal in the competition, Mía Corona reached two goals, Mak Whitham increased her tally to five goals, and Taylor Morrell moved to four goals, reinforcing the depth of the U.S. attack.
The performance of Deus Stanislaus also placed her among an elite group in tournament history. With six goals in the current edition, she became the fifth U.S. player to finish a tournament with that scoring total, joining Morgan Paige Brian (2008), Claire Catherine Hutton and Charlotte Ruth Kohler (2022), and Alexandra Mackenzie Pfeiffer (2024).
The 2026 edition also produced another significant milestone for the United States, marking the fourth time the team has completed a Final Round without conceding a goal, matching previous achievements in 2010, 2012, and 2025. Additionally, with 32 goals scored, this campaign stands as the third-highest scoring edition in team history, tied with 2024, and surpassed only by the totals recorded in 2010 (38 goals) and 2022 (58 goals)—further evidence of the program’s sustained offensive excellence.
