Liverpool are reportedly interested in signing Bayern Munich winger Michael Olise.
The Reds are expected to strengthen their wide attacking options in the summer transfer window as they begin planning for a long-term replacement for Mohamed Salah.
While Salah has achieved legendary status at Liverpool, the club could consider offers for the Egyptian forward should a suitable proposal arrive.

According to Florian Plettenberg, Liverpool view Olise as a “dream signing”, although they are aware that a move for the French winger is currently unrealistic.
Since joining Bayern Munich from Crystal Palace, Olise has made an immediate impact. Last season, he scored 20 goals and provided 23 assists across all competitions, earning a place among the final 30 nominees for the Ballon d’Or.
Under Vincent Kompany, the winger has further elevated his performances. This season, he has already scored 13 goals and registered 25 assists in all competitions, with Bayern viewing him as a priceless asset.
A left-footed winger, Olise shares stylistic similarities with Salah, thriving in one-on-one situations and delivering outstanding end product in the final third. As he approaches the prime years of his career, it is easy to understand why Liverpool admire him.
The Bild journalist has told CFBayern that Bayern are not currently in negotiations with Olise over a new contract extension.
The French international remains under contract at Bayern until 2029, and the Bavarian giants are relaxed about his situation. The club’s stance is clear: Olise will not be sold under any circumstances, at any price.
Bayern are planning to offer him an improved long-term deal at the appropriate time, while the player himself is happy at the club and willing to wait. As things stand, a move to Liverpool (or any other club) this summer is out of the question.
The German champions are currently prioritising contract renewals for players requiring more immediate attention, including Konrad Laimer.
