Everton are reportedly eyeing a summer deal to bring Burnley right-back Kyle Walker to the Hill Dickinson Stadium.

Toffees manager David Moyes wants to strengthen his options ahead of next season and Everton have been linked with several right-backs.

Crystal Palace’s Daniel Munoz, Tottenham Hotspur’s Djed Spence, Celtic’s Alistair Johnston, RB Leipzig’s Ridle Baku and Genoa’s Brooke Norton-Cuffy have all been touted as summer targets.

They could now make a concrete move for the former Manchester City star. Walker won six Premier League titles with City during the eight seasons he spent there.

The Everton target is 36 years old but he is still raring to go having made 36 league appearances for Burnley last season.

Walker joined Burnley on a two-year contract from Man City in a £5 million deal last summer and will sign for a nominal fee if he moves to Everton.

The former England international nearly joined the Toffees last summer and also came close to a move years ago as a teenager.

The Blues have already signed Brennan Johnson, Christian Norgaard, Hayden Hackney, Tyrique George and Merlin Rohl this summer.

Walker could become their sixth addition, and he would be solid addition to their defence.

He was relegated with Burnley at the end of last season, and continuing his career in the Premier League could appeal to him.
