Former Pirates star maintains fine form in Europe

Paris FC midfielder Marshall Munetsi continued his red-hot form in front of goals as he netted against Lyon in the French Ligue 1 on Sunday.
The Zimbabwe international broke the deadlock in the 63rd minute, before Corentin Tolisso leveled matters from the penalty spot in stoppage time to rescue a point for OL.
Munetsi has now scored in three consecutive matches, having featured nine times across all competitions since signing for the French outfit on loan from Wolverhampton Wanderers in January.
The former Orlando Pirates player was deemed surplus to requirements at Molineux in the wake of head coach Rob Edwards' arrival in November 2025.
Furthermore, his lack of game time was compounded by an injury that saw him controversially snubbed from the Warriors' Africa Cup Of Nations (AFCON) squad.
With Paris sitting 13th with 27 points from 25 league outings, Munetsi will be eager to maintain his top form when his team visits Strasbourg on Sunday, 15 March.
