Flamengo come through gruelling run unscathed and hit stride for season run-in | OneFootball

According to Coluna Do Fla, Flamengo have emerged from a punishing travel schedule with key wins and no injuries, setting them up for the closing stretch of 2026.

The week began in Belém, where they beat Remo 1-0 in the Brasileirão at Estádio do Mangueirão despite a soaked pitch.

Without returning to Rio, they travelled to the altitude of Quito to face Independente del Valle (EQU) in the Libertadores, arriving on Monday and flying back after a 2-0 victory on Thursday. Before this marathon, they had already defeated Botafogo and Mirassol.

Focus now turns to the Libertadores quarter-final second leg against Independente del Valle at the Maracanã on Thursday 17, with kick-off at 21:30 Brasília time.
