Flamengo name Erick Pulgar and Gonzalo Plata in squad to face Palmeiras | OneFootball

Flamengo host Palmeiras at the Maracanã on Saturday in the Campeonato Brasileiro, with Leonardo Jardim boosted by the returns of Erick Pulgar and Gonzalo Plata. According to Coluna Do Fla, both will be included in the matchday squad.

The pair had been doubts for the interstate clash but are now available for the game in Rio.

Pulgar has been sidelined since the league match against Red Bull Bragantino on 2 April. The Chilean sustained a shoulder injury and underwent a lengthy recovery.

Plata picked up an injury in the win over Grêmio in the Brasileiro. The Ecuador forward has not featured since the start of May.

Kick-off is 21:30 Brasília time in round 17.
