Nottingham Forest's unhappiness with Rob Jones' refereeing performance against Manchester City last weekend has led to the club asking for audio.

According to Sky Sports News, the club has asked PGMO for the audio to hear exactly what Jones and his assistants discussed during big decisions, with the club particularly unhappy that Ruben Dias was not dismissed and that Rayan Cherki's winner was not ruled out.

The news comes after Forest's protests following the 3-0 defeat to Everton earlier this month – the club that Sean Dyche's side will face on Tuesday evening.

Forest's refereeing issues also include hiring Mark Clattenburg as a refereeing consultant before the former official eventually stood down.
