Gaiman FC start pre-season under Isaías Aberasturi ahead of Torneo Clausura 2026 | OneFootball

At the Villa Deportiva, Gaiman Fútbol Club have officially opened their Primera División pre-season for the Torneo Clausura 2026, with Isaías Aberasturi heading the coaching team. He was presented on nine June and is already leading initial physical and ball sessions.

"We are happy to have started pre-season. These days will be assessments for the fitness coach, and from Monday we start the intense phase of training," he told El Chubut.

After a brief presentation by the staff, with Martín Romero as assistant and Lautaro Robles as fitness coach, the squad began physical exercises and stretching at the Villa Deportiva.

"The idea is to arrive in the best possible physical and footballing shape. We will try to fit in a couple of friendlies to give shape to the idea we have as a coaching staff for this team."

"Individually the team is good and collectively as well, so we have variety, which is what we are looking for. We will see as the week goes by whether we need to bring in any reinforcement."

Alongside the sporting start, a sprinkler irrigation project is under way at the Villa Deportiva, viewed within the club as a historic milestone. The new system will raise pitch quality, keep the grass in optimal condition year-round, reduce wear and improve training and matches across all divisions.
