Built for this City: Manchester City and PUMA unveil the 2026/27 Away Kit

It was a pleasantly surprising energetic opening 45 minutes from both sides keen to put in the work as pre-season preparations continue.

City opened up the scoring after just 14 minutes. Antoine Semenyo showcased some impressive footwork before he set up Divin Mubama who tapped home from inside Inter’s six-yard box.

The Serie A side needed just six minutes to respond with Benjamin Pavard placing a composed finish around Gianluigi Donnarumma.

A flurry of changes which saw almost all of our tour players gain vital pre-season minutes, which included a handful of exciting young Academy prospects such as Ryan McAidoo who looked sharp as City pushed for a late winner.

But neither side could find the decisive strike as Inter went on to win the Asahi Super Dry Trophy on penalties.

Result aside, the team are already looking sharp - on the pitch and in our new 2026/27 away kit - and our pre-season opener has provided a lively start to our Asia Tour.
