Gaviões da Fiel have demanded the suspension of Corinthians second vice-president Armando Mendonça over an alleged diversion of Nike merchandise. According to Meu Timao, the organised supporters issued a statement calling for him to step aside.
They say the episode harms the board's credibility and exposes the club to risks.
On Wednesday, the Ministério Público de São Paulo (MP-SP) filed charges against Mendonça in the Nike probe, alleging qualified and continued embezzlement, attempted qualified embezzlement, qualified theft by abuse of trust, and coercion during proceedings.
Prosecutors say he appropriated 131 items between June and October 2025, including 100 shirts. They allege he also tried to remove 19 special NFL shirts left after the 1-1 draw with Palmeiras on 31 August 2025, and that eight linked to the Los Angeles Chargers v Kansas City Chiefs game at Neo Química Arena in September were taken without a formal request.
The case states he used access to storerooms at Parque São Jorge and CT Dr. Joaquim Grava, and intimidated staff during the internal audit, including a 40-minute call recorded by Marcelo Munhoes.
Gaviões da Fiel cite club audits and the Comissão de Justiça (CJ) as indicating irregularities. They stress his right to a defence but say he cannot remain in post.
They recall his demand for then president Augusto Melo to step aside during the VaideBet scandal. Separately, councillors and members filed a precautionary suspension with the Conselho Deliberativo on Friday, to be reviewed by acting president Leonardo Pantaleão.
