Fabio Grosso says he would welcome Moise Kean staying for 2026-27 but has not shut down a possible exit, with Como interested.
According to Football Italia, Como, bound for their first Champions League campaign in 2026-27, are targeting the Italy forward as they seek additional homegrown options for their UEFA list.
The Viola have been busy after a troubled 2025-26 relegation fight, under newly appointed sporting director Fabio Paratici, already landing Radu Dragusin, Alex Jimenez, Arthur Atta, Christ Inao Oulai, Viery and Giovanni Fabbian. They may add more but are expected to move players on first.
Speaking at Viola Park, Grosso declined to give a definitive yes or no on Kean’s future. He said the striker is calm, that he first coached him as a youngster and now sees him as an established professional. He underlined that the squad are working to improve and that any departure would depend on an offer acceptable to everyone.
Kean, 26, has scored 27 goals in 58 appearances for Fiorentina.
