Patson Daka's Leicester City contract is set to expire in the summer
Leicester City are in danger of suffering a second consecutive relegation amid their poor form in the Championship.
The Foxes finished 18th in the Premier League last season, and are now at risk of sliding into League One just 12 months later.
Gary Rowett has recently been installed as manager with a view to turning around the team’s form, with the club occupying a place in the bottom three.
A six point deduction penalty received in February hasn’t helped matters, with that currently proving the difference in their survival battle.
Whether or not Leicester go down or stay in the second division, it is likely to be a very busy summer at the King Power Stadium when the campaign does conclude.
A number of players could be heading for the exit door, particularly those with contracts set to expire in June.

It has been reported by Turkish outlet Aspor that Leicester forward Patson Daka has offered his services to Galatasaray ahead of the summer window.
The striker’s contract with the Foxes is set to expire at the end of the campaign, leading to speculation over his future.
It is understood that he is seeking a move to the Super Lig for next season, but it remains to be seen whether Galatasaray will be willing to sanction an agreement.
Daka has been in and out of the starting lineup at the King Power this season, starting in 14 of his 33 appearances in the Championship.
The 27-year-old has contributed three goals and three assists, as he has struggled to impress at this level.
Daka has been with Leicester since his move from RB Salzburg in the 2021 summer transfer window, when he signed in a deal worth a reported £23 million.
The Foxes will not be able to recoup any of that fee with the player’s likely departure at the end of the campaign, as he is set to walk away from the club as a free agent.
Estimated figures from Capology claim that the 27-year-old earns £75,000 per week, meaning those wages will also be taken off their books as a result of his exit.
Leicester are currently 22nd in the Championship table, just one point adrift of safety ahead of the final seven games of the season.
Next up for Rowett’s side is a home clash against Preston North End on 3 April in a 3pm kick-off.

Daka failed to justify the £23 million price tag paid to sign him, and his last couple of years at the club have been a symptom of the rot that’s taken hold at Leicester.
He’s scored 11 goals from his last three campaigns, which is a very poor return for someone of his calibre.
Getting his wages off the books will be a boost for the Foxes, even if failing to get a transfer fee for him is going to be costly.
A move to Galatasaray would be a good step up for the forward, but it remains to be seen whether the Turkish giants will want him, as they already have a very strong option up front in Victor Osimhen alongside ex-Inter Milan star Mauro Icardi, too.
