How long will José Mourinho’s Real Madrid contract be? | OneFootball

An insight into some of the details of the contract set to be signed by José Mourinho at La Liga giants Real Madrid has been forthcoming online.

This of course comes as Los Blancos close on a reunion with their former headmaster.

Tactician Mourinho and the Bernabéu brass have been in discussions for several weeks now, over the terms of a deal for the seasons ahead.

With Álvaro Arbeloa primed to depart, the Portuguese has been earmarked as the ideal replacement, to restore order and togetherness to the dressing room in Spain’s capital.

Mourinho has in turn given the green light to his former employers, ready to depart Benfica for a 2nd go of things in La Liga.

And as alluded to above, this weekend, the duration of the agreement being drawn up between the parties has been revealed.

As per a report from Diario AS:

‘Barring any unforeseen circumstances, Mourinho and Real Madrid will reunite until June 2028.’
