Hugo Souza posts training-day video showing double session at Corinthians | OneFootball

Hugo Souza has shared a behind-the-scenes video of his daily routine at Corinthians, charting gym work, goalkeeper drills and dressing-room banter. According to Meu Timao, the footage appeared on his official YouTube channel, Hugo Souza.

It opens with his arrival at the CT Dr. Joaquim Grava, where he starts with upper-body work in the gym.

He then moves to the pitch for specific goalkeeper exercises before joining outfield players in team drills. That was only the first block of work.

Later he returns for more, taking in one-to-one physiotherapy, further upper-body exercises in the gym and cardio.

The video also captures lighter moments, including a planned game of tennis with Yuri Alberto. The pair joked with nicknames, "Novak Djokoneca" for Hugo and "Yuri Alcaraz" for Yuri, and Alberto gifted him a Harry Potter wand bought at Disney.

Souza is seen interacting with staff across the club, from coaches and physios to nurses, security and the CT kitchen team.

Corinthians are in an inter-season break during the World Cup pause. Fernando Diniz's side are due back on 23, hosting Remo at 19:30 at the Neo Química Arena in the 19th round of the Campeonato Brasileiro.
