Karlan Grant returns to Charlton after rejecting new West Brom deal | OneFootball

According to ExpressAndStar.com, former West Brom forward Karlan Grant has joined Championship rivals Charlton on a two-year contract after rejecting an offer to remain at The Hawthorns.

The 28-year-old returns to the club where he began his professional career and made nearly 100 senior appearances.

Grant moved to Albion from Huddersfield in 2020 on a six-year deal and scored 35 goals in 173 games.

West Brom have already reinforced their attack with Barney Stewart and Jimmy-Jay Morgan.

In a farewell message on social media, Grant said it was time to say goodbye after six years, thanked supporters for their backing and wished everyone at WBA well for the future.
