Khvitcha Kvaratskhelia thanks Willy Sagnol after Georgia sacking | OneFootball

Georgia captain Khvitcha Kvaratskhelia has publicly thanked Willy Sagnol after the Frenchman was dismissed as national team head coach, having led the country to Euro 2024.

Sagnol’s final match in charge was a 1-0 Nations League defeat to Northern Ireland on Friday, when Kvaratskhelia missed a penalty.

The player said in a post that he was grateful to Sagnol and wished him plenty of success for the future.
