Kiat Lim sends message after Valencia win at Athletic | OneFootball

Valencia president Kiat Lim marked the win at Athletic by posting a show of support on Instagram, sharing the club’s image and adding the word 'together'. He has still not watched Valencia at Mestalla since his appointment.

According to Superdeporte, he had not shown much support earlier this week with the team fighting relegation. On Sunday morning he also shared the club’s promotional graphic for the Athletic game, featuring Unai Núñez, Saravia and Guido Rodríguez, three 2026 signings.

The post arrives days before he is due back in Valencia, with a flight scheduled around the dates of the Rayo Vallecano match. It is not known whether he will attend that fixture at Mestalla.

He visited the city at the end of March, three months after his last trip in December, when he chaired the General Shareholders’ Meeting. It was his fourth visit since taking office in March 2025 after succeeding Layhoon Chan.

In mid December he departed without staying to watch Valencia against Mallorca from the Mestalla box. During the spring break he went to the Nou Mestalla.
