Leeds United start 2026/27 away at Nottingham Forest on the weekend of August 22, then host Brentford a week later. They do not face any of the five Champions League teams in their first two months or opening five matches.

According to Leeds Live, Brentford will be the first competitive outing in LS11 since West Stand expansion work began, following a friendly against RB Leipzig earlier in the month.

Manchester United visit Elland Road in mid-October. Leeds then go to Sunderland on October 24, a week before Bournemouth away, and travel to Chelsea on the weekend of November 21 before hosting them in January.

Liverpool away on December 12 is followed by Fulham at home on December 19 and Aston Villa away on Boxing Day. Only two international breaks are scheduled, with the first, between September and October, creating a three-week league pause. The Yorkshire derby at Hull City closes 2026 in midweek, with the return on the first weekend of March.

Everton at home opens 2027 on January 2. January also brings Manchester City, Tottenham and Chelsea, then ends with a trip to newly promoted Coventry City.

The run-in includes Liverpool at home, Arsenal at home and Manchester United away in the final six, plus Sunderland at Elland Road. Newcastle away comes the weekend of March 20, Ipswich Town away on May 1, and Old Trafford in May is the third-to-last match before a final day at Crystal Palace.
