Leeds United can expect multiple 2026/27 Premier League dates to move for TV. According to yorkshireevenpost.co.uk, batches of changes are due soon, though late switches remain likely despite a five to six weeks’ notice aim.
Daniel Farke’s side start at Nottingham Forest at 3pm on Saturday, August 22 after missing opening-weekend TV picks. The only other fixed round is the final day at Crystal Palace on Sunday, May 30.
Fixtures are listed as weekend or midweek, with five Wednesday dates for Leeds. Most others default to 3pm but are routinely moved for TV. Leeds played only 10 of last season’s 38 league games at 3pm.
Thursday European ties usually push domestic games to Sunday or Monday, and four clubs will be in the Europa or Conference League. Progress can trigger later changes for others too, as when Leeds’ March trip to Brentford went to 8pm on a Saturday, then was confirmed on 9 February after 12.30pm or 5.30pm were mooted.
TV selections for August and September are expected in the week commencing 13 July, with monthly batches following through spring. Gameweek 37 will be set after the FA Cup semi-finals, and last season some windows slipped, including September picks on 23 July and festive changes two weeks late.
The league aims to announce around six weeks before fixtures prior to January, and five weeks afterwards. Short-notice moves are more likely if English sides reach European knockouts. Supporters are urged to factor this into travel plans.
