Leeds United have been linked with USL Dunkerque midfielder Anto Sekongo as transfer plans move into focus this month.
According to Leeds Live, the 21-year-old Malian impressed last season, with reports in Africa suggesting Leeds hold an interest.
Lille, Toulouse FC, FC Lorient and Stade Rennais are also said to be keen, along with Samsunspor from Türkiye and Premier League newcomers Hull City.
Sekongo joined Dunkerque from Stade de Reims in the summer of 2024 on a two-year deal, which was later extended until June 2028.
Identified by Reims while with Afrique Football Elite, he played in the French third tier for the club, netting 14 in 21 appearances.
He has since made 68 appearances for Dunkerque in Ligue 2, recording nine goals and six assists in 34 matches last season from central midfield.
