Leeds United are set to decide the next step for 17-year-old England youth striker Harry Gray amid reported interest.

Alan Nixon reports that League One pair Huddersfield Town and Sheffield Wednesday want the forward on loan for the coming season.

Gray, younger brother of Tottenham’s ex-Whites star Archie, reached the fringes of the first team last year and debuted as a late substitute in April’s 6-0 win over Championship visitors Stoke City at Elland Road.

He then travelled with the senior squad to a pre-season camp in Germany ahead of the club’s Premier League return, later making the bench for the league trip to Wolves and the EFL Cup tie at Sheffield Wednesday.

To gain first-team minutes, he joined League One relegation-battlers Rotherham United in January for the rest of the season, making 20 appearances with three goals and one assist across 1767 minutes.

Leeds will now weigh up his development path for the new campaign, with interest on the table and options to consider.
