Leeds United transfer latest: Fiorentina ‘to target’ Harrison and Bijol, Gnonto attracting Juventus and Milan | OneFootball

Leeds United’s January focus includes a potential exit for Jack Harrison, with talks over a move to Fiorentina said to be progressing, while fresh links have emerged around Jaka Bijol and Wilfried Gnonto.

Corriere della Sera reports Fiorentina are eyeing Bijol as a second swoop from Elland Road, while SportsBoom claims Juventus, AC Milan and Inter are keen on Gnonto and that the forward is open to returning to Italy.

Harrison has struggled for minutes since promotion, just three appearances in all competitions in the first half of the season, only one in the Premier League. Leeds are expected to dismiss suggestions that Bijol could follow him to Florence this month.

Bijol joined in the summer from Udinese and did not feature in the first eight league fixtures, then played 11 of the last 13 as Daniel Farke’s side improved. Despite a late defeat at Newcastle last week, Leeds host Fulham on Saturday eight points clear of the relegation zone.

Previous links to Atletico Madrid were knocked down by Slovenian media last month. In Italy, Bologna defender Mattia Vitik is also said to be under consideration as Paolo Vanoli looks to strengthen his squad.
