Leonardo Balerdi returns in OM’s 28 for PSG Trophée des Champions clash | OneFootball

Marseille have named a 28-man squad for Thursday’s Trophée des Champions against PSG in Kuwait, with Leonardo Balerdi included. Kick-off is 19:00.

According to L'Équipe, the Marseille captain missed Sunday’s 0-2 Ligue 1 defeat to Nantes but now appears to be in better shape and is in Roberto De Zerbi’s travelling group.

Compared with the squad for the Nantes match, De Zerbi has also called up Jelle Van Neck, Ulisses Garcia, Pol Lirola, Neal Maupay and Tadjidine Mmadi alongside Balerdi.

OM have won the Trophée des Champions twice, in 1971 and 2010.

The squad also includes De Lange, Rulli, Emerson, Pavard and Weah among others.
