Leonardo Jardim’s assistant José Barros says Flamengo’s regular line-up changes reflect tailored plans for each opponent and context.

According to Coluna Do Fla, Barros explained that the staff assess the opposition, the competition and the venue, then pick what they believe is the ideal XI. He added that the squad have responded well and can perform in varied scenarios.
