Lukaku, Fenerbahce and Napoli confident of agreement within 48 hours | OneFootball

Romelu Lukaku, Napoli and Fenerbahce are all confident they can agree full terms within 48 hours, as negotiations continue over the fee and personal terms.

Although there is still a significant gap between the asking price and offer, all parties seem to believe it can be whittled down fairly rapidly, and all are eager to make sure the deal goes through.

Several reports put the asking price at €12m, although it could probably be achieved for around €10m.

As for the offer, Fenerbahce have so far bid anywhere between €4m and €6m, depending on the source, and that is not going to be sufficient.

It is widely reported that the Turkish team wants to keep the cost at below €10m, so the next bid is likely to be at €8m plus bonus.

Meanwhile, Lukaku has given the all-clear, but that does not mean personal terms are completely agreed yet either.

The contract is expected to be worth around €10m per season net for two years.
