Luton Town midfielder Shandon Baptiste is attracting Championship interest.
The 27-year-old joined the Hatters last summer from Brentford, where he spent four years.
Baptiste’s career has been disrupted by injury problems which limited his opportunities at Brentford, but he played 55 times in the Premier League for the club before making the switch to Luton last summer.
The Grenada international is now back to full fitness and Luton’s relegation to League One means they could be tempted to cash in on him.
He came off the bench to score a last-minute winner against Coventry in the second to last game of the campaign, which had lifted his side out of the relegation zone.
Oxford United and Portsmouth are among those who could consider making a move for him.
Baptiste started his senior career at Oxford, where he played with the now Pompey boss John Mousinho, impressing enough to earn a move to Brentford and playing 22 times in the Premier League during the Bees’ first season in the top flight.
