Manchester United’s Leny Yoro (20) is reportedly on AC Milan’s radar, according to information from Tuttosport.
In search of defensive reinforcements, the Lombardy-based club could make the most of the closing stages of the transfer window to make a move in their bid to sign the young centre-back. Should this deal take shape, it would undoubtedly bear the hallmark of super-agent Jorge Mendes, whose influence could help facilitate discussions between the two clubs.
Signed by Manchester United from LOSC Lille for over €60m two years ago, Yoro’s first season was notably marred by a long-term ankle injury. In his second season at Old Trafford, the Saint-Maurice native made 33 appearances across all competitions (18 starts) and saw his playing time in the Premier League increase.
Having been on the bench against Hull City last week, he came on for just 16 minutes during Sunday’s second league match of the season.
