PSG celebrated their double at the Parc des Princes with each player choosing a walk-on track, an eclectic playlist spanning Édith Piaf to Fally Ipupa.
According to L'Équipe, Marquinhos, accompanied by president Nasser al-Khelaïfi and last to emerge with the trophy, entered to Piaf’s Padam. Senny Mayulu and Ilya Zabarnyi opted for rap staples AWA and Without Me.
Five players chose francophone artists. Ousmane Dembélé led with Booba’s N°10, and the Parc roared a chant hailing him as Ballon d’Or. Barcola picked Terrain, Lucas Chevalier chose C’est quoi ton délire, and Warren Zaïre-Emery went for Parisienne.
Matveï Safonov surprised with Kiname by Fally Ipupa featuring Booba, the Congolese star among those selected to whip up the crowd. The track pledges to make all of Paris dance.
There were global hits too. Désiré Doué showed off footwork to Central Cee’s Doja, while Fabien Ruiz selected Rosalia’s Bizcochito. Lucas Beraldo used Bad Bunny’s NUEVAYoL and João Neves chose Dayvi’s Baila Conmigo.
Vitinha and Willian Pacho also went Spanish-language on lesser-known cuts. Achraf Hakimi, first out on Sunday, was the only player to use a song bearing his name, Morad’s Paris Como Hakimi.
Khvicha Kvaratskhelia provided the most distinctive note with Sakhli by Mgzavrebi and Taha, a Georgian track about building a home and keeping hope, a sentiment that mirrored his season.
